Only intended to be run only once (so therefore, never actually banned), this ad campaign from Patrick Cox proved to be quite controversial.  Penetration would be impossible, however, due to the fact that both men (seemingly wrestling on the floor) are wearing jock-straps.

    What’s the problem? My only issue is that the heels on her shoes should be way,way higher to go with the rest of the shot.
