Prime rib, sword fish, grilled chickenrattlesnake?!

All across the country, youll find a wide variety of BBQ meats and entrees geared toward the feasters. The fundamental principle used to include the traditional roast.

But then again, new customs have developed with changing state of fandom. Rather than blazing your standard burgers and pork chops, try to kick-start your tailgating menu with a creative choice in grilling meats.

There are no limitations to what can be prepared in the parking lot, Largent said. Whether it is swordfish in San Diego, prime rib in Pittsburgh or grilled chicken in Gainesvilleevery kind of meat available can and is being prepared for tailgate parties throughout the year. Advancements in parking lot cooking implemented in recent years by companies specifically geared toward tailgating have created virtual kitchens everywhere we travel.

We really do see every kind of meat imaginable being eaten in the parking lot, Largent continued. Weve even seen muskrat and rattlesnake!

While waiting for the main course, Largent suggests exotic pre-game snacks such as Jalapeno Poppers, which consist of hollowed out jalapeno peppers wrapped in bacon and stuffed with cheese, or the hearty (and healthy) Santa Fe Salsa, a wild concoction of black bean dip and blue corn chips thats high on great taste, and amazingly low on calories.
