Super Bowl Snacks for the Debonair Man.

Produced by Chicago’s craft brewer Goose Island, these Belgian-style ales are deliciously food-friendly. Created in the style of a Belgian pale ale, Matilda is wild in character with a slightly fruity aroma and a spicy yeast flavor; it’s a great accompaniment to spicy foods and Camembert cheese. Sofie, meanwhile, is a tart sparkling ale that is fermented with wild yeasts and aged in wine barrels with the addition of orange peel; it pairs perfectly with seafood and brie.
