What exactly is a cuticle and how to I maintain them?
The term cuticle refers to the dead skin that grows over the bottom of the nail. As for their maintenance, I would advise against cutting them – as once you begin to cut your cuticles, you must always cut them. My suggestion is first to keep you skin moisturized, as to avoid cracking. Another good practice is when you get out of the shower, to simply take a towel and push the cuticle back.
