Healthy Snacks For the Office

Aslanis suggests that the working man buy portable healthy snacks for the daily grind. She also recommends that those on the job acclimate themselves with their surrounding dining choices, and try to find the healthiest options before settling for fatty meals.

Sitting in the cubicle all day could halt metabolism and increase body fat. Mindlessly punching the faded keyboard and occasionally yelling across the office doesn’t tone abs.

Try walking to work if possible. Health experts recommend 30 minutes of daily exercise or walking 10,000 steps a day to maintain normal fitness, so every little trip counts.

The New Yorker doesn't have much free time. With a little knowledge about how to stay at average health, joining a gym might not have to be the last resort, and picking up that last donut might not weigh as heavily on your conscience.
