Neat Receipts SCANALIZER

If you're always on the go, looking for a little organization in life, or getting an early jump on tax time, the NeatReceipts SCANALIZER might be for you.

The NeatReceipts SCANALIZER is a scanner and software solution that helps you get paper organized neatly on the computer. Everything from your mortgage bill to your tax receipts, all the forms you got from your HR department at work all the paper that you have to put in a drawer somewhere, or in piles on the desk you can scan it and save the paper where it belongs: in digital format. All organized neatly in the NeatReceipts database so you can find documents and retrieve them when you need them.

NeatReceipts patented technology goes a step further: it automatically reads data from receipts and business cards and puts it into spreadsheet format for you. The SCANALIZER looks on receipts for the date, the total, the vendor name, whether you used your credit card or cash, and places the information in an easy-to-read spreadsheet.

It also reads business cards! The persons name, title, address and company information is captured and syncs directly with Outlook, Plaxo and vCard.
Whether you work for yourself or work for someone else, the SCANALIZER can help you spend less time on busywork like expense reports and searching through drawers full of files.

Running a home these days is like running a small business anyway. Mail pours in every day, bills pile up, papers need to be signed and sent to someone else. Clothes and grocery and gas and home improvement receipts pile up in our wallets and in boxes and drawers and seemingly everywhere.
Now you can get rid of the mess that paper leaves behind.

The NeatReceipts SCANALIZER retails for $229.95. Check out www.NeatReceipts.com for more info.
