Cell phones are the least convenient time-keeping accessories since hourglasses. A glance at a watch is so much more discrete.

Also, instead of cologne, try Old Spice.

I personally see nothing wring with wearing two timepieces. In the earliest days of the pocketwatch, it was considered good taste to wear two watches on ones person, in part to show ones personal wealth, but mostly so that the time could be averaged out from the accumulated differences in their display. Remember, timepieces in the 18th century were all mechanical, and were not even as accurate as todays mechanicals, and no where near the accuracy of quartz. so there is really nothing wring with wearing two timepieces. It's just harking back to the fashions of the day.

If it has belt loops, then a belt should be worn with it. If you don't want to wear a belt with it, then have the belt loops removed. Belt loops without a belt detracts from the overall look - I always feel that something is missing. Clothing Tall mentioned trousers with waist fasteners; that's a great look. It's very clean and I prefer that look.
