Chicago: Chicago Outdoor Film FestivalThe City of Chicago screens outdoor films in Grant Park, which sits right next to Lake Michigan. This festival likes old classics, but we here at Debonair worship at Cary Grant’s altar and you should too. This year, Ebert & Roeper will attend the first film so bring your rotten tomatoes.
San Francisco: Film Night in The Park Spread over three city parks, this San Francisco series is featuring a 30th Anniversary Screening of Star Wars and often runs the projector on Friday and Saturday nights, giving you lots of opportunities to see a show.
Seattle: Freemont Outdoor Cinema A little outside the city on the north side of Lake Union, Freemont offers movie classics and recent releases but also teams up with local improv comedy groups to overdub “B” movies ala MST3K.
Cinema On the Lawn In the South Lake Union neighborhood just north of downtown Seattle, this venue shows old classics, new award winners, and good ol’ comedies from the big screen.
