Debonair Magazine’s “Debonair Decades, The 90s” is almost over, but we have a few more surprises up our sleeves! Take a ride back with us to 1992, where a young man named Eric Nies ventured into a world; he got lost in “The Real World,” if you will … he found his way back, and is sharing it with all of you.
Please tell us a little bit about “The Real World” and what you did shortly after taping wrapped.
“The Real World” for me was a job that I saw as a potential stepping stone to further my career in entertainment; shortly after, I became the host of “The Grind. The next 15 years, I worked in and out of the “biz” doing numerous gigs. “The Real World” for me was my first experience with spirituality, considering the show made me take a good look at myself.
