The Kings County version of New York Fashion Week features 11 global designers showcasing their collections at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. During the six-hour event, you’ll be dazzled by edgy styles from Swiss-born designer Djamee and handcrafted lacy silk pieces from Nina Athanasious (solo designer for Germany’s Das Komitee). Guests will groove to the beats of R&B artist Robbie Nova and enjoy a cocktail reception after the show. Best of all, proceeds from the event will be divided between the Brooklyn Style Foundation and co-host Abner Louima’s foundation, which raises funds to build hospitals in Haiti.
