When we asked our readers "What websites have changed your life for the better?" - we never expected such an eclectic mixture of blogs, online-stores, and adult entertainment destinations to flood our e-mail. Yet even with such a huge pool of responses, ten websites were predominant. Some were a given - some surprised even us.

Apple.com – iTunes would be nothing without Apple's original QuickTime. This groundbreaking, albeit somewhat limiting (the free version), media player has been a cross-platform mainstay for almost 15 years.
